Working under Misty on the Design Systems team was one of the most formative experiences of my career. Among many other things she advocated for the creation of a robust design system as part of a major website redesign and replatforming effort\u2014and she absolutely delivered. Even though it was her first time working on a system of this scale, you\u2019d never know it. She approached the challenge like a seasoned expert, leading the development of a multi-platform, multi-library design system with a team upwards of roughly 13 designers, developers, and UX architects.

Misty is, in a word, brilliant. She\u2019s one of those rare leaders who can easily span design, development, and business strategy, bringing deep knowledge and thoughtful perspective to every conversation. Her ability to juggle complex cross-functional needs, while keeping the team aligned and inspired, was incredible to witness.
