As a seasoned User Experience Director with a strong background in cross-disciplinary design and technology leadership, I am driven by a passion for creating seamless and impactful user experiences. In my most recent role, I played a key role in spearheading the adoption of an enterprise-wide design system, spanning six implementation systems and collaborating with multiple project teams. This effort included developing a robust web component library of 350+ reusable components, enhancing design and development efficiency.
