I had the privilege of leading alongside Misty, who served as our Director of UX Architecture, Design Systems, and Design Operations. Her impact on the launch of our new global website—and the broader digital experience ecosystem—was nothing short of extraordinary.

Misty was the unsung hero behind the scenes, driving requirements development, managing handoffs, leading UAT and dev testing, and working closely with our development squads to ensure every build launched smoothly and on time. She often worked around the clock to remove blockers and keep momentum moving forward—never once letting quality slip.

One of her most transformative contributions was the creation of our global design language system. Under her leadership, we accelerated design speed by over 70% while elevating consistency, usability, and scale. Misty also helped establish our design operations function from the ground up and partnered closely with marketing ops to bring the same level of structure and clarity to their processes.

She led her team with empathy, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to innovation and inclusion. Misty is among the most capable and forward-thinking design systems and design ops leaders I’ve worked with—and I wholeheartedly recommend her for any role she pursues. Misty was the very first person I had the privilege of collaborating with when I joined Robert Half nearly four years ago.
